TSBT36: A Kaleidoscope of Butterflies

An artist must have downtime, time to do nothing.

This week, I am attending the MVP Summit in Seattle, which has me over the moon because it’s the first one I attend, hopefully the first of many. I finally get to interact with other MVPs from all different parts of the world in person 🎉🎉

I am up at an ungodly hour, severely jetlagged, because I promised myself and you that I would publish this newsletter every fortnight. Help me, God. Now that I think about it, I should have added a clause for as long as I live, just in case!

The word of the day is garble, which means to make something unclear, confused, or distorted. Garble can happen unintentionally, like when a message gets messed up during transmission, or someone misremembers details. It can also be intentional when someone deliberately twists words or information to change their meaning or create a false impression. In either case, the result is a loss of clarity and accuracy.

Example in a sentence:

She garbled the directions in her haste, leading the tourists astray.

I am making my grand departure into the unknown.

Until the next fortnight, my treasured reader, go forth, and may the odds ever be in your favour!
